Worst shopping experience in my lifetime. This Asian staff in purple in the picture began to organize rack from18:10,would ask kids not to touch anything only if you buy it,I heard she shouted to a boy rudely,then the boy left. There was a bike put in the passage,My 2-year-old daughter was walking along the rack,when this staff rushed out from behind,grabing the bike and throwing it onto the rack.The rack is made of metal,the huge hitting noise scared my daughter and all witness.I can’t express how rude she was.It looks like she does not willing to work at all!!She threw the bike off in distance,the bike was upside downlay on the rack like the picture shows,she ignored.Is this her organization? Her attitude is the biggest problem,she staring at all the customers who approached the goods shelf and asked them if you will buy it .That’s crazy!!
Worst Toys r us that I've ever been. Cashier doesn't know how to operate the system, had to wait for 15 minutes. On top of that they put a wrong price on the product and didn't honor the price after theirs mistake! Do not go there. In response to Toys r us comment: I did talk to manager and he was the one saying they would not honor the price and that nothing could be done. Tried to call the number you gave but it went to voicemail...
As an adult, still feels fun to walk into a toy store and want everything. This location , again with it being in Landsdowne and being fairly spread out, does not feel too congested. Your social distancing space alarms won't go off too much in here save for the occasion excited children in the aisles. Was able to find what I was looking for as it's pretty well and logically organized. The staff were friendly and helpful. Always nice that the store has the self price checkers as sometimes the actual price may differ from the sticker price. There are some good sales that occur too that can compete with other online toy sales companies.
Was having a tough time finding a certain toy and Beckey went out of her way to find it and then call me when it was in. There was another manager and customer service rep that were also friendly and helpful so this was a great experience when in the past was challenging to find the gifts I wanted to buy. Many thanks to Beckey she was a pleasure to deal with.
I bought a cage bingo set, and there was only a cage, balls, and counters. There were not any sheets, and the cage was broken. The box said there were 18 sheets, and there were none inside. This is VERY unacceptable and I hope next time there will be everything inside, and the staff please check inside when someone refunds an item
I want to give 0 stars, but the lowest one! ! I am very angry about the shopping experience. Our two sons were shopping in it, and a mean woman staff told my son to get the heck out of here and they were just playing a memory game Is this how you treat your customers?
Terrible. I asked them to look and see if something was in stock. The person spent 3 seconds pretending to look and immediately told me they did not have it. What’s the point of customer service if they don’t do the “service thing”.
one star, came in with my sister to get her a bike for her 7th birthday. Rude old Asian lady ignored us when we asked for recommendations and help with measurement. She also threw other bikes onto the racks, like tossed them into other bikes. Most had broken parts/wheels or were fake bmxs. If your getting a bike please PLEASE Do not get it from Toys R US. Get it anywhere else even canadian tire is better.
The customer service in this store needs to be improved for sure. I went to store today and grab 9 items from their clearance area with paper stated 15% off, however the cashier told me there is no discounts on these items when I wanted to pay. It is fine if there is something wrong here but I need at least a "sorry" as this is not my fault and I wasted my time due to their mistake, but apparently they don't know how to say sorry and the cashier was impatient at all and I almost thought that I was the one who made the mistake. However I like another lady who works there, she is friendly and talked with us with smile!
We frequent here and both my kids have a great time. The staff have always been helpful. Thank you
