Customer service needs to be addressed. I did the make and take Stsr wars Lego activity with my son. There were 2 ladies helping out. The younger one in the red shirt was nice and helpful, the other older lady in the blue had a nasty attitude that was very surprising to deal with. Especially with my 2 year old son. Any question I asked was met with a disgusting look or not even an effort to answer. Very disrespectful. Hopefully management does something about this and the employee is dealt with accordingly
I really enjoy the hands-on experience that my children can get at ToysRUs. The excitement of trying new things and seeing all the awesome new toys is really fun for them. The place is very well organized and maintained. It is also quite clean for a toy store. The staff are also very helpful and friendly. The selection of toys they have is quite good for a physical store.
My husband and I bought a gift for my daughter and unfortunately had to return it. Both times we had such an amazing experience with Jenny at cash! She was absolutely wonderful and made us feel like she knew us and could relate to our situation at home with young children! We frequent this location and we will now go out of our way to see Jenny and say hello! She is absolutely a joy to work with and will go out of her way to help in any way she can! Thank you so much for everything Jenny!
Decent store with reasonable options,good to buy if there are discounts.nnStore is divided into 2 sections. One is for newborns/babies which has stuff for new bloomers and parents , has good options for newborn clothes, swings,cribs etc.nnOther section is more for growing kids in different age groups have stuff like toys,books legos and clothes etc.nnTip : you might not find everything in store so look their online store as well which has other nice optionsnSome items like baby swings if you want to see them in action,ask staff and they re nice enough to help younCompare prices and warranty for expensive items from other stores
I was greeted with absolutely disgusting customer service by the girl with the tattoos and the nose piercings. She needs to work on her customer service skills for a family friendly business, before I could approach her and speak to her about my purchase she was very displeased by my presence or by me approaching her. She quickly walked away while redirecting me to the other female cashier this was absolutely disgusting behaviour.
