Great experience The manager was kind to have an appointment ASAP Place really clean and have seats for waiting Price reasonable and they give clear information Most of SAAQ inspection centre are not given clear information but this did great explanation which are important They do have have other services to help you. Parking available Location easy accessibil I recommend to drive early morning before 8.30 to avoid traffic. They do work 5 days a week 7.30 - 17.00 Good luck
OMG. All I can say is AWESOME. Giulia did an amazing job. She helped me from the first day I walked in mid June until I got my new truck yesterday. The whole experience was phenomenal. The team is very friendly and caring. They work hard to be sure the client is happy. I am very happy. I recommend that Toyota . Thanks all Wookie and I love the truck.
I have never been disrespected in my life except at Toyota Gabriel. Everyone was kind throughout the process of me buying my RAV4 2022, but while i was paying at the receptionist she didn't greet me, she was clearly angry at the other employees and was talking badly about them in front of me, she entered a wrong number and when I corrected her she was extremely irritated, corrected the number and threw the machine at me to pay it almost hit my arm and was extremely rude to me. I called the manager at once I could really not believe her behavior I was shocked. The manager apologized but seemed confused on how to handle the situation. I took my car and left. Both me and my husband are customers here, but never again, unfortunately it was the worse customer service I had in Canada. There should be someone pleasant at the reception not someone to treat you like this. It was my first ever car and I paid 45 thousand dollar cash and she ruined it.
Berard and George Tayyar have done an excellent service , explaining every single details from car specifications, contract , Warranty, etc . I will recommend them to all my friends and family members who are lookimg to perchase a new car
I want to give a huge shout out to Toyota Gabriel and especially to George Tayar, one of the best auto salesmen I have ever encountered. He went above and beyond to help my wife and me get into a new Toyota Highlander when we were trying to downsize from a QX80. Hands down, the Highlander is one of the best SUVs I have ever driven, and it is clear that George and his associates know their products and their competitors inside and out. 10/10
I just bought a new car from toyota gabriel, i dealt with George Tayar a great honest simply guy. He answered my messages no time even late at night being in a different time zone, never complaining always with a smile. He has a nice slogan that i found very true "if you want to buy a car just go to Tayar"
I am very happy with my experience with this professional dealer , I have delt 2 salesmen ,Joud & George, who were very kind and honest, they provided me with many important information's that helped me to finalize my decision with the deal
bad experience to there service paying full check-up for the vehicle everytime they change oil but they never check the differential oil…the oil of diffential is black is sticky already and i saw with own eyes coz i went to the other mechanic i notice that something noise under the vehicle when they drain it black coming out…i asked how long the mechanic you think 40km travel will get black like this the mechanic said this more than 80km travel to get black…so its means everytime im paying for full check-up they never check my diffential coz they never change the oil if really need check it…
Unfortunately I didn't purchase any vehicles here.. but I do come at this dealership for parts and accessories. Friendly place to my point of view. They serve free coffee, I would not recommend!!! Man's bathroom could be cleaner, No soap in dosage container !!! Common guys.., so many salesmen, just sitting playing with their phones. Pretend to be VIP from Lebanon... Lift up your butts and fill up container with soap in the bathroom!!!! Ooo..and don't think you guys are So special... Toyota is the best selling brand in the world. So Any dummy can sale Camrys & Corollas...
Great service, specifically by Philippe. Proactive, always available to answer questions, overall, would recommend to anyone! Worked in the automobile industry myself, and this service topped anywhere I’ve seen before
