This is my second vehicle from the amazing dealership....I wouldn't go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle. They're not pushy, just the opposite, very friendly, outgoing staff made me feel I was in the right place. Loved a coat they had there gave it to me! Big shout out and thank you to this amazing staff! Highly recommended this dealership!

I fell in love with a used car they had, and I contacted right away. I was connected to Nancy, and she started off as very helpful. However this changed when I made an appointment for a test drive. Despite me having said that I worked until 5pm in Charlottetown I was pressured to arrive earlier, though they were open until 7pm that night. The pressure continued as we sat with Nancy for nearly an hour declining warranty options. She stooped so low as to say we needed them incase our 7yr old peed on the seats, in front on the child. She finally told us it was late, and she had lots of paper work to do and ushered us out of her office. Had I not said out loud to my partner that I was over this car and ready to go home and continue the search did their sales manager step in. He was good, and had the paperwork and car delivered to me in Charlottetown. However it took me over a month to get my registration sticker and proof of ownership. I had also gotten winter tires, and while they arrived at the dealership the end of October I was never called, and took me twice to track them down and then they still had troubles finding them when we went to pick them up. Over all the process was sloppy. I have my car so 1 star for that. But the experience was awful.

Everyone was really nice and easy to deal with. Had a couple hiccups along the way and the service manager was awesome to deal with. Things got done very quickly! Definitely will recommend Township Chev to friends and family

Got no available rental vehicle when i bring my traverse in for service, have other appointment to attend, instead of giving me a taxi one of the parts and services staff let me use his private vehicle....thats awesome! Tnx!

Got oil done and tire rotation for 163$ and after i got my car the alignment was totally out asked them to fix it they were asking more money to do that. I am never going back to them for any kind of service

I had some maintenance done to my truck on a cross Canada trip to the island. Phoning the dealership I was greeted by a real person, and not maze of pressing numbers or leaving voicemails. They helped set up the appointment and were very nice. The work was done quickly and communication was excellent.

I want to thank Daniel Beaulieu and the team he worked with to get our GMC Sierra back on the road. Him and his team really know the meaning to great customer service. He never made a promise he didn't keep. Thanks again.

After having a little mishap between a fallen tree and the passenger side of my 2021 TrailBoss, I popped into Township to see if there's anyway they could pop a peice of the bumper back on. After about a short 5 minute wait, after explaining my situation to the service attendent, a gentleman come out from work bays to have a look. He informed me I need a plastic part but wasn't sure if they had in stock. He walked us in to the parts counter gentleman, who checked the system, checked to make sure that they physically had the part and them confirmed yes in fact I was in luck. The service bay gentleman, I think heay have been the manager, but not sure, said we're still good to go. He said give me a hour or so and it'll be all done! I went for a walk, did some errands in downtown and returned about an hour later, to see this same gentleman finishing up the job! The service was above and beyond and I have peice of mind knowing my bumper won't fly off!! Great friendly service and definitely recommend!

As a tourist in PEI who busted his suspension, I was worried about a fix on a busy day. A local in Cavindish recommend Township. Nabe Dalgis took care of me extremely professionally even though the garage was short that day. He got me a quick diagnosis, and organized a loaner since it would be a while. Later he called when ready, and organized my 3rd party warranty payment while I drove back. PEI service better than my Ontario dealership! Highly recommend. Thanks so much Nabe and Township!

The service was excellent. Easy and straight forward. If you need a new car ask for Misha is your guy. Kne of the best in the business.
