Second time we have done takeout we are regular dine in customers usually. Both times we have ordered the Buttermilk Chicken sandwich and it is excellent. The chicken is huge and it was cooked perfectly. We also found the portion of fries to be generous. Order was ready at the promised time and service was friendly. UPDATE NOV 2020: since I can’t add another review adding to my original post. Food continues to be excellent. Can’t stray from ordering our favorite buttermilk chicken.
Wow what an experience, food was tasty and fresh, service was on the dot, the place had a nice atmosphere to it. The reason for the 5 stars is due to the fact there was soemthing wrong with one of the items we ordered and the restuarant not only cancelled the charge for the item, they gave us a gift card as an appreciation for the next time.. I will definately be back and will recommend this place to everyone.
Service was great. $5 weekend brunch special is a steal of a deal. Food was served quickly and was hot and fresh. Def recommend.
Good food, nice staff but the few times we have gone there recently has been such slow service that we will not be back until they fix the problem. Just need to hire more people. One person serving and one person in the kitchen on a Tuesday night. Busy enough now for more staff. Shouldn't have to wait 45 minutes for food. Many time we have had to ask for our bill, ask to be served etc. Not a nice experience.
Some of the better deep fried pickles we've had! We visited Townhall Public House for an early dinner on March 4th. The service at this place was excellent and our server was friendly with an awesome attitude. We will definitely be back for the deep fried pickles!
Good service, clean and follow the covid protocols well. Probably the best wings I've had in a very long time compared to other joints.
Poor experience. Poor food with only one server. Used to be good Local pub close to our home. Stopped for a couple appetizers about 7pm. Place was just about empty. Ordered the nacho chips and and their most popular appetizer as the waitress said she had not been getting good feedback on the wings. Both dishes where poor. She apologized and was quite nice but confirmed they have not been getting good feedback. There was a reason why they only had a couple customers when the first bar we tried was full.
The food per usual was fire and literally the only reason why I'm not giving this location a 1 star. Townhall is one of my favorite restaurants but I will not return to this location. My boyfriend and I were the only customers in the entire restaurant, I mean I get it, who doesn't slack off when it's slow at work BUT forgetting a part of my order is kinda unacceptable. We waited 15+ mins for a side of guacamole that never showed up. Tacos fire service trash
The manager and the lady who served us were both such amazing ladies. A friend and I went there for drinks and it was the BEST service we’ve ever had. Our server was super funny, and we were able to talk to her about anything which was awesome, same for the manager as well. Will definitely be back:
This was my first time going there. My boyfriend and I was sitting there for service no one came by I called one server for order then Taylor came by and make my afternoon so great. She know how to please her sad customers. I will go here again. Best happy hour deals..amazing place to have cheap drinks.
