Nachos are like onions. Or people. They have LAYERS. Do you know what their layers lack? CHEESE. Put. Cheese. On. Every. Layer. It's that simple! I promise! I don't know how so many restaurants make this mistake. They also burnt them. Happy hour is the best to come, great drinks.
Am a long time customer - and sorry to see such a decline - also, please clean your ice maker - I had ice with black stuff frozen in it last time I was in there - what a difference a couple of weeks makes - I don't know what changed but have had a much better experience - awesome servers Alia and Brooke - new Happy Days menu have made all of the difference - kettle chips with onion dip are 5 out of 5 - still hesitant to have ice
Cool place with great ambience and good music. Really liked the rose mule and jalisco berry drinks. Creative with the menu displays and delightful service. Its a little pricey though. Ordered Buttermilk Chicken Sandwiches with Yam and Sea Salted Fries. They were amazing. Ofcourse because of late delivery from uber it was all cold and fries were soggy but full marks to the place. Customised as requested. Definitely recommended!
Great atmosphere, it is dark. We stopped in for a quick brunch. Simple breakfast was super cheap! I had a breakfast bowl and it was tasty as well! We had good service with a friendly waitress. The breakfast menu has great prices! Great options for sure. Check it out!Food: 5/5

We hadn't been to the Towne Hall for quite a while but had a nice experience. We had fried dill pickles as an appetizer. Weirdly it came with potato chips...bonus double appetizer. Drinks were good. Service was also good. We came at shift change so weren't sure where our server went for a bit until we got our bill. Not too busy but it was a Thursday night. There is a mix of seating-brightly lit area, main pub floor, some darker nooks and patio seating as well.
Well must be new management as I quit going there last year as food and service went downhill. My hubby talked me into going again and WOW. Service was incredible, menu has changed and the food was amazing and good portions. When I say incredible service 5 star. I was even told to have a good night when leaving! Only downfall was they were out of my Dark Matter but food and service made up for that.
My husband and I came here for a late lunch. Wasn't busy.. waited 25 min before someone came to take our drink order. Food took forever and we watch a couple tables actually get up and walk out because the service was so terrible and slow, hardly had any attention from our server until the last few minutes when we asked for our bill. My poke bowl was good. My husband's burger was mediocre
The server can make or break your experience. This was the case on New Years. The service was good in the beginning, but about half way through finishing our food our waitress stopped coming back to our table. She wasn't that busy we were watching her we tried to get someone's attention seemed like more then half hour. We were ordering lots of drinks and shots. So at this point our food is all gone our drinks are empty and still nothing. So my friend went up to the bar where our waitress was she glanced at him turned away and started talking to another waitress, he stood there for more then a few minutes before a different waitress asked if he needed anything and who was his waitress. So she finally turns around and just says "what do you want ". So we are waiting for our round of drinks, and we see a different waitress bringing them but she takes them to the wrong table. We did get our drinks back from the other guests. We never saw our waitress again. So we left. Of course after paying the other waitress and of course $0 tip on a decent bill. She lots out. And we will never be back
Quite a large venue and an open feel. They have an upstairs area for private parties. The building has nice architecture and character, with large wooden beams and interesting lighting. Service is hit and miss. Could be a staffing shortage. The food is good with the usual pub favorites.Food: 4/5
