Town Taxi

Phoned for a taxi. Had to wait 35 minutes. Phoned again. They mixed up the address and said they would be their in 5 minutes. I waited 30 minutes and nothing happened. Decided to walk home in the cold. This taxi company will always be second banana to the best taxi company in Okotoks. However, as I have had only one experience with them, I will spare them a one star review. Hopefully they read this and either get their act together, have better communication with customers, or state the wait times for inclement weather taxi waits.

Never showed up because they thought I said a different address but never called to make sure. Then when I called was very rude and told me to call a different taxi 😡

Absolutely terrible service. Scary to be in same vehical as the drive. Rude and ignorant.

This taxi service is absolutely terrible. I scheduled a Taxi 40 minutes in advance, and it didn't arrive until 45 minutes after the scheduled time. When I talked to the drive about it, he said he had only just been dispatched to me. They also have a history of prioritizing high yield customers (going to the airport, you're picked up in 5 minutes. Going across town, 45). Not only that, the drivers don't follow traffic laws and have almost hit me as a pedestrian numerous times. If I could give a 0/5, I would still want to give less
