One of the worst shopping experiences I've ever had in this store. I this her name is macy? Asian lady with dull face, seemed like she did not want to help me. I purchased shoes elsewhere.

My shopping experience at Town shoes Eaton Center was great, but this is not what prompted me to write this review. It so happened that the shoes I chose had a defect which was uncovered 9 months after purchase, when I first started wearing them. Customer service rep was shockingly fast to address my request, she actually got back to me on a public holiday. Store manager was very professional, she went beyond and above handling this issue, much to my satisfaction. This company does provide quality service. Thank you.
