Denise in the Stoughton, MA town hall tax collectors office is outstanding! I went there last week with a problem that was fixed immediately by her. She was professional and personable. I feel so fortunate to have had Denise take care of the problem. I felt bad for her as she was all alone in the department. She was beyond helpful. Thank You so much Denise for the wonderful work you did for me. The Stoughton, MA Town Hall is VERY LUCKY to have some one like you working there. Kudos to you!
Very nice staff and professional got in and out
The Town Clerk is wonderful. She helped me last June and I spoke to her again on the phone today March 3rd 2021. She is everything that you would want in someone serving the public. She is polite, pleasant and very helpful. I would highly recommend the town clerk, Stephanie. Great job.
If I could leave a minus I would. I have Called 4 times in a 2 week period for a very important real estate tax question that needed to be addressed by feb 1st, and STILL no response. Does anyone actually work there?
Stephanie and Kellie in the Clerk's Office are phenomenal. Offices should open on time, some of them regularly open late.
The hours of may be correct as far as being open, but they should let you know that you're not allowed to actually go inside.
Had business with the Town Clerk today. They were very kind helpful!
