Local resident not too far away has dogs that will keep you awake all night. Trains going all night too. Not peaceful.

Quiet, roomy campsites with picnic tables, most sites have a fire pit, electric hookup. Grassy, not many trees, a couple of drinking water spouts, next to river. Only one bathroom. $10 per night.

This town campground is well-maintained, irrigated and mowed regularly. There are just 3 electrical sites with water, and four or five dry camping sites, depending on how campers are parked. There is a boat ramp into the Clark Fork River with a vault toilet. There are no other services. The Drummond Public Works Dept is very responsive to phone calls and spaces can be reserved. The downtown is only about a mile away and boasts of one of the area's favorite restaurants, Parkers, which features over 100 different hamburgers.
