I've used Town and Country Dry Cleaners for over 10 years now and I've always had a positive experience. Whether it is shirts, suits, sewing, patching, everything has been done with professionalism, value and a personal touch.

I would give this place zero stars if possible. I went to this dry cleaners for the first time a few months ago and refuse to go back. When I dropped off the jacket, the person at the front rang up my clothing under the wrong item. When I returned to pick up the jacket, I was appalled that the owner was insisting the bill was close to $50, more than double what I had originally been quoted as. I had my initial drop off receipt quoting what I had been prepared to pay. The manager went so far as to call me "a stupid woman" for thinking the service would cost what I had been quoted for and threatened to hold my clothing hostage if I didn't pay what she was now billing me. I was furious. I ended up giving her all the money I had on me and leaving extremely upset. I will never be returning to this business. It has easily been the worst customer service I have ever received.
