Absolutely stunning view of Parry Sound. It’s a long trip up the many stairs but well worth it! The gardens are beautiful and so well maintained. We did not go to the museum as the reviews were not too good and didn’t seem worth the $5 each entry fee. If you’re in Parry Sound, this is a nice stop in!

The current incarnation of the Tower Hill Heritage Garden has grown from the personal passion project of Peter McEwen District Forester. Surrounding the foot of the tower are many beautiful gardens, a little pond, and winding pathways. Benches, chairs, and picnic tables provide spaces for rest and contemplation. A very simple operation. The people working at the museum are doing a fantastic job. Very interesting to learn of the local heritage. We went up the tower to a spectacular view of the surrounding area.
What a beautiful hidden gem. We stumbled across this wonderful park while out on a day trip visiting my dad's hometown of Parry Sound. The museum was unfortunately closed for a private event, however, we will come back to check it out. The grounds are beautifully kept. A very peaceful park to visit and enjoy.
