Tower Hill Dental

I had the worst experience there. She recommended a mouth guard that I didn’t need and I had to be fitted for it twice. Any work that the doctor did, she had to do twice. I had the fillings that she did redone. All other reviews feel fake and drafted. She probably got her friends to do it.

Started seeing Dr. Julie and her amazing team at Tower Hill Dental a while ago and it has been one of the best health decisions I’ve ever made. Tower Hill’s offices are modern and tidy; the staff will make you feel like family. Dr. J is by far the most patient people I have met, more concerned with maintaining a positive client experience rather than the usual quick in-and-out M.O. you’ll find at your average dental office. After being met with Heather’s smile and warm personality up front, Dr. J’s friendly and skilled team of hygenists including Thanida, Emily, and Susie will have you feeling right at home while you get a cleaning, checkup or oral rinse. 5 stars for Tower Hill!

A year ago, I was actively searching for a family dentistry in the Richmond Hill for my family. I was driving by their office one day and Tower Hill Dental's sign "Have you called Dr. Julie yet?" caught my attention. I gave the office a call the next day to book an appointment. Dr. Julie and her staffs provides outstanding customer service to all patients. Just recently, my son visited the dental office and had 3 baby tooth extracted. He was very comfortable and did not have feel any discomfort during the procedure. Dr. Julie is great with kids and I would definitely recommend Tower Hill Dental to family members and friends.

Once, to find trusted family dentistry services was a top priority for me and I can’t explain how I was satisfied after visiting Tower Hill Dental. Everybody there showed the deepest respect and desire to help me and my son feel comfortable. Later, my son attended, I believe, the best orthodontist in Richmond Hill also in this clinic. We’re happy!

I love my dentist! Dr. Julie is awesome, kind, caring, gentle and an excellent dentist! The staff is so friendly and helpful too. I never miss my appointments and I look forward to keeping my mouth healthy.
