Have been going to Tower since I've had a car, and my parents have been going for about 15 years... always fair and honest, and they don't try to swindle you by telling you something needs to fixed when it doesn't, etc.

We have now taken our van here a few times for minor repair, oil changes, and now a major repair. They will never do any work without first letting you know what needs to be done and how much it will cost. Their estimate has never been less than the actual end cost, which is always really nice. They are very considerate of all your needs and take great care to inform you of everything that is going on and are sure that you make the final decision about what work gets done, and which price -point of parts you wish to have used. They are very courteous and very great business to work with! We will continue to bring our vehicle to Tower Automotive to have any work done.
