I was here a few years ago and really enjoyed myself. Was here today for the same services-massages and pedicures. The pedicures were good but the massages weren't what you'd expect for $95. I realize it's not RMT but the therapists hardly used any pressure even when I asked for more. They really didn't seem like they had a lot of experience doing massage. You can get a professional massage for $100 and I'd go elsewhere if you're looking for that.
Went to Touch of Wellness for a girls day and the 5 of us were blown away by the beautiful decor of this spa and the fantastic service. We were greeted with warm foot-baths and weighted neck pillows along w the beverage of our choice before heading in for our massages and facials. Left feeling super relaxed and pampered. I had a massage with Hannah yesterday and it was absolutely amazing. I was so relaxed during my whole treatment and really didn’t want it to end ! Hannah really has a special Touch and would Recommend this treatment if your looking to unwind , relax and refresh ! Thank you Hannah ! I will be booking with you again !

My partner and I were gifted a couples massage for Christmas and we were looking forward to relaxing. The staff were quite attentive as soon as we walked in the door, but the experience surrounding the massage felt rushed. The staff didn't introduce themselves, have a consent discussion, or have any real process or intake form to discuss our preferences. I will also echo another review from three months ago regarding the quality of the massage, where staff was inexperienced, hardly used any pressure, and lacked any structure to communicate what they were doing during the massage. My partner and I left feeling less relaxed than before, and it wasn't worth the cost compared to what you can get with an RMT. I recognize that the staff are not RMTs, however this taken into account with the service we received today is not reflected in your pricing. Either a big change or a big price cut is necessary. Edit: Hi Jo, I appreciate the fact that you investigated, and also the fact that this review is public. I left a review for constructive feedback. We were not trying to get complimentary service, this was a prepaid gift, my partner presented the certificate before we left. I stand by my previous review.
It was my first experience at Touch of Wellness, I booked The Luxury Diamond Pedicure with Hydro Jelly Mask...Can you say WOW... The mini facial was rejuvenating and I was treated to the best by far pedicure I've ever had. The ambiance of the spa was very uplifting and the staff went out of their way to make my experience a memorable one. Thank you Rachelle for making my toes beautiful. I will definitely recommend this spa to all my friends and family. On a last note, I just booked my next appointment.
Every time I enter Touch of Wellness it feels like home. Everyone is so welcoming. The energy is positivity and relaxation. My facial treatment with Laura was exceptional! She just keeps getting better and better. Which amazes me because I didn't think it was possible! She clearly loves what she does and is committed to honing her craft. She also took the time to check in with me and to keep me updated on new technologies coming to the spa that might be of interest to me. She knows me well : I left feeling informed, relaxed and pampered

Laura is absolutely fantastic--along with the other staff. Laura has helped personalize my skin care routine and it has actually made a difference. I have always felt comfortable getting new procedures done with her and I always feel amazing after.
