Showed up at 9:50pm, closing was advertised as 10pm. I was refused service, I politely asked what time I should show up in the future to receive service, the answer I was given was, we're open until 10pm... Even though it wasn't 10pm yet. Not very professional to say the least. I'm sure the other staff have better communication and customer service etiquette than the rude person that I encountered on a Sunday evening.
I've been shopping here for 3 years.. their service is very polite.. the prices are competitive.. I would have given them a five stars but there is a lack of professionalism.. the boss is in the managers and the employees aren't consistent with their prices.. every time on a specific brand sometimes I get it cheaper sometimes I get it more expensive and when I get it more expensive and explain they always argue and say no way you can't have got it cheaper.. so if any manager boss is reading this, please be consistent with your prices

Today, around 5 PM, I went to your store to buy cigarettes. The cashier tried to steal $5 from me. Here’s what happened: I gave her $25 for my purchase, but she refused to accept the $20 bill, saying it was slightly torn. I took the $20 bill back and went to my car to get another $20 bill, leaving the $5 bill at the store.nnIn the car, I found a $50 bill, so I returned to the store to pay. The cashier gave me back the $20 bill along with the $5 bill that I had already left with her. After that, she told me to leave the store when I asked her to check the security cameras. I also asked to speak to the supervisor, but she refused. She spoke rudely to me and continued creating drama even out on the street.nnI will keep coming back every day to speak to the manager so they can check the surveillance footage and hear what really happened.
