I’m writing this mostly for the security because I’ve only been to like 2 stores at this mall lol. Although the stores are great.nnMy husband and I went to pet value yesterday. Upon arriving he had notice a puddle of antifreeze. For those who don’t know, antifreeze is sweet and it attracts animals. Once they drink it, it’s a death sentence.nWe let those in pet value know and they called the mall security.nToday that spot is blocked off I’m assuming being soaked up with cat litter and a sign warning to keep pets away.nThe seriousness taken for this really meant a lot to us as it’s so easy for someone to not notice their pet drinking it while they get out of the car and them losing their pet. So we just wanted to say thank you to everyone involved.
I found an antifreeze spill outside petvalue. Pet value took my concerns seriously as people often bring their pets to the store. They contacted the mall security. Not 3 minutes later there was 3 mall employees there assessing the spill. Came back the next day and they had the spill soaked up but also ribboned off warning people of an antifreeze spill. Thank you totem mall for hiring such competent caring individuals. Well done.
