Best place for physio! Was very happy with the staff especially Jane and Taylor who made a great recovery plan and got me back on track and feeling much better! Highly recommend this location

I had chosen to start physio here and gave them all my info on a Friday morning and stated I need to start ASAP. They had said they would call me back seeming like it was going to be within the same day. I didn’t hear anything back from them until Tuesday afternoon. If it was going to take a few days to get an answer, they should of told me it would take a few days. I ended up calling another place and got an appointment the very next day. I only chose this place first as I’ve done physio here before.

Kevin was fantastic helping me through the, at times emotional, journey of recovering from a severe concussion. Most recently I had to bring my young son in for assessment and treatment and there is no one else I would have trusted. Kevin was kind and thorough. I highly recommend this clinic.

Kate-Lynn my physiotherapist was great. She set goals to resolve my issue and gave me exercises and therapies that enabled me to reach those goals. She was extremely personable and I was pleased as a senior that she was interested in the care of seniors.The facility was excellent with good covid protocols in place. I would highly recommend Total Physiotherapy.

After a car accident in June 2020, I recieved excellent treatment & advice, mainly with Holly & taylor. I feel stronger now than before the accident. I was able to regain, most of my range of functions that were compromised. I am happy that I chose this company, & would recommend them to anyone who needs their services.

Amazing staff! I would highly recommend this physiotherapy place to anyone. Not only did they care for my shoulder after surgery, they showed care for my entire well-being. They knew how to push me but not over push me. Very encouraging and supportive staff!

I came to Jane with lower back issues due to triathlon training. Over a period of 3 months she has been able to not only fix the issue, she guided and educated me on how to build a stronger core to ensure it doesn't happy again. I can't say how pleased I am with Jane and her team at Total. If you're a weekend warrior like me or a more serious athlete, these are the people to work with, they really understand my unique needs and did a fantastic job! Thanks Jane....

I have been receiving physio twice a week for the past 6 weeks on both knees. I have received outstanding care and highly professional service from my physiotherapist Jane Oldfield, along with her friendly staff! I am most impressed with the genuine interest and professional service I receive from entire staff at Total Physiotherapy. The receptionists, physiotherapist assistants and owners/Physiotherapists are friendly, welcoming and highly knowledgeable in their area of expertise. I would highly recommend Kevin Hickey and his team at Total Phsyiotherapy. Last year Kevin and Taylor Buenting worked with my teenage son after he sustained a concussion. They were instrumental in him making a safe return to school and sports. They were able to relieve and rehabilitate him from his injury and did so with care and concern. Recently I experienced a shoulder injury and have been seeing Kevin for treatment. I am half way through my treatment plan and am already feeling significantly better. All of the staff have been warm and friendly while providing amazing treatment and customer service in a safe environment for my family. Thanks Kevin, Taylor and the rest of the Total Physio Staff.

I didn't have a satisfying experience. Found it difficult to get therapy that suited me. Your results may vary!!! Caveats: I'm not covered and not able to afford twice weekly appointments. I have heard excellent things about the physiotherapists there. I'm a difficult patient, with a lot of questions. I only went to the assessment, and two appointments. Didn't get the feedback or homework I wanted. Didn't feel like there was enough time within the appointment with the physiotherapist. I've since found a client centered program that works better for me.
