Total Eye Care

I get great service here and the Docs are courteous and professional. Glasses are a bit pricey but worth every penny when you consider quality of product and wonderful service. I would recommend to anyone.

I had an appointment with Dr. Kopp recently. He was very efficient and courteous. He was very patient with me during the exam. My eyes get very tired quickly looking through all of the lenses, etc. My prescription had not changed very much from my last eye exam. He was honest about the fact that if I bought new glasses I would not notice much of a difference. I really appreciated his honesty. I will definitely return there again. Highly recommend them!

This place is a huge rip off with horrible service. They charged me over $600 for glasses that would have been ~$350 elsewhere. When placing my order, I had to interrupt a conversation the two office staff were having about a third employee just so I could get service. When picking up my glasses, the woman helping me was rude (as she was when taking my order: no thank you after I plunked down $100s of dollars and only exasperation when I asked simple questions about various options she clearly wanted me to purchase based solely on her recommendation) and didn't bother to adjust my glasses even though they were clearly out of alignment. Having to deal with customers after the money had already changed hands was obviously an imposition to her. Neither I nor anyone in my family will ever return to Total Eye Care for any eye care services or products.
