Total Comfort Mechanical was great to work with. After getting quotes from multiple companies for a whole home heat pump system they come up with the best install plan for my oddly shaped house. They were the most knowledgeable when it came to the Mass Save program and which systems would qualify for the different rebates. The crew was good to work with and left each area cleaned up at the end of the day. Would work with them again.Service:&nbsp;Ductless heating &amp; A/C services

I just had an entire house worth of ductless mini splits installed by Wendell and his team at Total Comfort Mechanical.  Wendell and his office staff were extremely responsive and communicative, very professional, and got me scheduled for the project quickly.  They even helped me with the Mass Save rebate process.  Their price was reasonable and Wendell's recommendation on how to configure the entire system for my house was the best and most straightforward among the all the contractors I got estimates from.  They started the project on the day they promised and finished it up by the end of the second day.  The team that was at my house worked very hard, pulling an almost 12 hour day the first day.  They were extremely clean and respectful of my house too.  They came in, put on shoe covers, and covered all my floors and furniture with drop cloths and plastic sheeting.  After they were done, they picked up all of their cloths and sheets, and did a thorough vacuum of my house leaving absolutely no trace they were there.  Two days after they finished they came back out to do a final walkthrough retest the system, show me how to maintain it, and ensure I had no concerns or questions left outstanding.  I would highly recommend Wendell and his entire team at Total Comfort for any heating or cooling needs. They just simply awesome.  I'm so satisfied with their work and I finally have a comfortable house!
