Fantastic experience with Toronto Tees! We had some t-shirts done up for a bachelor party, and I couldn't be happier with the end result. The process of submitting art online was very user friendly, and the turn-around time was super quick—not to mention the quality of the shirts themselves far exceeded anything I could have hoped for from a printshop and the fact that they are guaranteed from cracking, peeling and fading inspires great confidence in their product. I live in Alberta and I needed 14 Custom T-shirts for a wedding I was attending in Toronto. Downside was it was very short notice but I was so lucky to find Toronto Tees who made the entire process so easy & affordable! I was in contact with Joe who was very friendly and helped us get a great deal & of course T shirts were all ready on time!
The guys at Toronto Tees are all fantastic. I had a pretty crazy rush request and not only did they pull through and get the shirts to me 2 days before I asked, they were always open to chat about it and responded extremely quickly whenever I reached out. Kyle and the team, thank you for everything. Great quality shirts. Amazing print quality. Great prices. The best service. If I could, I'd rate over 5/5.
While the finished shirts 5 of the same 1-colour logo met my needs and look really great, the process to get them made was less than smooth. I ordered 8 calendar days before I needed them but on the day they were meant to be ready based on their order confirmation, there was no word from the shop. I emailed and called at the end of that day but the shirts hadn’t yet been made… but the lovely guy I spoke to said he’d make sure they’d be prioritized for the next morning. The next day midday I followed up again as there still hadn’t been an answer to my email from the day before. I eventually got a text that they’d be done by 2pm that day. Again, the shirts are great. We love them. Important that the quality is there of course - but if I can go in and essentially get shirts on demand I think orders that are planned and paid for over a week in advance should be managed and completed more efficiently. It seems they weren’t even started until the follow-ups were done.
I placed an order and the process was simple. After receiving business cards and the colours not quite matching my request, I emailed Toronto Tee's and they assured my design and responded very quickly. They kept me informed and the actual delivery date was much faster than the ETA. When my shirts came, there was 1 unit that was the wrong size but they didn't give me any difficulty. They remade the correct size and even shipping to me as I don't live downtown. Great customized service, fantastic turnaround time and I'll definitely order where soon.
Joe was incredibly helpful providing quick replies to my questions. Our order came on time and the shirts looked great. Our small business will be sure to use Toronto Tees for our next t-shirt order.
Ordered a custom T-shirt here with my own design and it turned out great! The online designer was easy to upload and work on and there was a large variety of shirts and sweaters to choose from. Once ordered it was completed and shipped out to me in a matter of days! Other companies wanted a minimum order but I had no problems ordering just 2 shirts and pricing was good.
Toronto Tees is amazing. The shirt material is premium and the printing is very high quality. Needed a rushed order for a birthday present and they accommodated it with no issues.
Great quality! I ordered a small batch of hoodies and was really impressed with their quality, I wasn't expecting much for the price. I also got a call to confirm my text because it was missing an apostrophe, which was part of the design but it goes to show the effort and attention to detail they provide. Excellent! Design to doorstep was a week, and their site estimated delivery date much longer. I'll be using these guys in the future.
