Great collection of books catering to diverse needs of readers. Well organized. Librarians are willing to walk you through the labyrinth and help you find the books you seek. No rush here. Oh! And by the way, Royal Ontario Museum and other passes are available for free against your library card. Check with the librarian.

Terrible experience for someone who needs a quiet space. Homeless people frequent this library so unfortunately it doesn't have the most pleasant smell, there is no space for private rooms to study (and the employees won't open the large room used for events), and people have no concept of turning their phone off or on silent.
