Friendly and very generous staff. Honestly, I forgot to ask the name of the lady who helped me out. Since I visited there for the first time, the lady who was at the help/registration desk gave me a tour of the library and helped me getting a familiar with the category of the books available there. She also told me multiple things I can get done through the library, gave me some tips on how to use the TPS website for issuing or ordering new content to read and listen. Also, the guy working inside the library was very friendly and helpful.
The library functions like any other although their section may be small, it is after all a local plaza oriented library. But my big concern with this library is the staff. The manager and one of her employees. I went it to print a few things expecting the printers to offer colour as THAT IS THE STANDARD FOR PRINTERS IN THE 21st CENTURY. And they knew I was in there to print items since I checked in and loaded money on my library card to do the deed. The employees should specify that their printers don’t offer colour! Their computers have an option for colour however I was disappointed to find out that what came out the printer was not what I asked for. Instead of understanding that it is COMMON for printers to offer colour and so therefore should specify to their customers that colour is not offered ESPECIALLY when the software doesn’t specify it. I was ridiculed that I should have just known the fact that they don’t have colour no refund was offered regardless of me asking for one. Wasted paper, money and time. 10/10 job guys.
Very quiet and nice place to read. Very friendly response. One star less one because of library hours. At least it should be open until 8 pm during summer.
Lovely little library for kids. Not a huge selection for adults, but you can always borrow online and have it shipped to the branch. Comfy, spacious and light, it's a great escape.
I find that the staff here is incredibly helpful. They are great at turning kids on to reading and offer many helpful suggestions, and go above and beyond in customer service. There is a good selection, and the library is kept very nicely.
Nice And friendly staff. I wish they would be open longer but that's the only reason they get 4 stars. Otherwise I really like the place and the people there are genuinely nice.
My childhood was walking here and borrowing books. I learned English here. The programs were super fun!
Neighborhood library in a strip mall. Well-designed interior with interesting colors and curves with noise-reducing materials and layout. A few study spaces with chargers.
This library is hardly ever open. Closed Sunday and Monday opens late tuesday and thursday and closes early most days.....WHATS THE POINT JUST SHUT THIS LIBRARY DOWN AND STOP WASTING TAX PAYERS MONEY....WHO HAS TIME TO KEEP UP WITH THIS SCHEDULE
Great library i always come here when i am bored, have homework or if i just want to read or play games
