I was late for my appointment completely my fault, the worker called me to ensure I was heading over for the time and was very nice and respectful when I arrived. Service was great and it showed they cared about COVID guidelines and safety. Overall, great experience with Toronto Gold

Efficient work! Information is clearly available on the website, the staff was easy to speak with and to the point. The dog at the store was absolutely adorable as well! The place can get busy but its worked efficiently for me with a guaranteed time slot when i've booked an appointment in advance!
