My company is nationwide with branches from Vancouver to Montreal. Toronto Division Copiers have been providing us with multi function copiers & the required services for them. Such a great company to be doing business with. The service always exceeds any expectations I may have. From the very first time I made contact with them 6 years ago I felt like they really care about my business and they proved it every single time. Thank you for everything. Horrible! Was given this location as a registered dealer for my OKIDATA printer. Called to ask if they carry the toner. Not that interested in helping me. Made me feel like a criminal for wanting to purchase the toner with a company credit card. Interrogated with questions on who I am and what company and so on and asked to photocopy my credit card back and front. Really? What retailer ever does that? Very unprofessional. I guess they don't want to sell toner to existing printer owners.

We purchased a photocopier from Toronto Division 3 years ago and had a really good experience throughout the entire process. Our salesman was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in assisting us to choose the right machine. Since purchasing this machine, we have saved a lot of money on our printing costs and have gotten excellent after-sales service from this company.
