Torched Pizza

What a neat idea! I loved how many options there were to customize the pizza. The pies were larger than I was expecting, and at a great price! I can't wait to stop by again!

Small restaurant with limited seating, but the pizzas are delicious! The whole wheat crust was a little more flimsy than the regular but both were awesome overall. Cost is great, location next to bonfire is awesome if you want to catch a drink after, and the food was awesome. Could use more seating, maybe outside but overall it's a good choice!

Owned by the same people who own Bonfire to my surprise. Casual atmosphere and not much seating in the actual place, but they let you sit at Bonfire before it's open to make room for comfort. The staff is friendly and open to conversation. Not to mention, they were helpful in deciding which delicious personal pizza I would get. Only personal sized pizzas are available but you can get a variety of toppings! It's like Chipotle met up with pizza and it's made right in front of you. Although, my choice was from their preset menu because I couldn't decide on toppings. I got the Belly Buster pizza and it definitely hit the spot. They also have a Stubborn dedicated soda fountain, but it did not have too many options to my liking. I ended up with a pineapple cream soda and that turned out better than expected. Regardless, I recommend the pizza and the place! Quick to serve, too, so I'd go back with a friend.

Prices are good and the ingredients seem fresh, but it only ended up being ok. They need a wood fired oven like they have at blaze Pizza. It was kind of a slow process getting the pizza ready to be cooked, but we were also some of the first ones in. Soda selection was good, but they have no sides or desserts of any kind as far as I could tell.

I went to Torched at around 8PM on a Saturday night. It was before the rush, and nobody was there yet. I asked for a slice of pepperoni, to which I was charged $4 outrageous and a slice of pepperoni was thrown in the heater. This slice was taken from a very old looking display pizza that only had 3 slices left. It looked as though it had been sitting in the display window for at least 3 hours; at room temp. While my pizza was heating, the associate was fiddling with some sort of broken computer monitor. It was comforting to see how prepared this establishment was for the bar crawl rush that was to come. It took them so long to finish fiddling with this, that my pizza got overheated. The pepperonis were moderately burnt and the crust became solid like bricks. Overall I waited about 10 minutes to receive a burnt slice of pizza for the extremely high price of $4. I will not be returning to this establishment.

Pizza was really good, but the menu was misleading because there were a few menu items that weren't actually offered anymore. Overall, the pizza was delicious and reasonably priced and I would definitely visit again.

Ummmmm. Amazing. Pizza was $7 for a wheat crust. Pesto. Extra mozzarella. Shredded chicken. Broccoli. Bacon AND balsamic drizzle? My new favorite place. They even freshly steamed the brocolli and crispened the bacon. In and out in 5 minutes when they just opened. Yall amazing.

Very celiac friendly. The gluten-free crust is actually good - not cardboard-like the esi most are - and the staff is careful about cleaning surfaces, knives, etc.

Great staff! Always super friendly and upbeat! The countless pizza toppings are delicious! Love coming to this place!
