Ordered 1 large Canadian, 1 large Veggie, 1 medium gluten free cauliflower Canadian pizza, 1 small cheese pizza Canadian pizza was disappointing. Toppings are not distributed evenly and very light on the toppings. Not a lot of cheese on it too. Not made with pride, if you know what I mean. Look at the photos. Veggie was good. Loads of toppings on this one. Much better pizza than the Canadian. This is what I expect from my pizza from Toppers. For the gluten free option, they screwed up this pizza and made a deluxe instead of Canadian. I contacted the main phone number for corporate customer service. They offered to deliver a new pizza BUT the customer service agent said I had to give th pizza back. Thankfully the Sudbury delivery driver was nice enough to just let us keep the pizza. Cheese pizza was very sad looking. More dough than cheese on this pizza. Refer to the picture again. Toppers has been very inconsistent the past 2 times I got it. Disappointing since this used to be one of my favorite pizza places when initially moving to Sudbury. Service is good for dealing with their mix up but will probably avoid this option in future when possible. The only reason I ordered it this time was because it was requested due to dietary restrictions. Parking: Large shared parking lot. Never seen it full before. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free available. Lactose free cheese available.
The pizza was good, but we forgot to ask for a dipping sauce and spent about 80 dollarswith tip, they wouldn't give us one. Though the food was good, the fact they couldn't throw in one when we spent so much was disappointing. Pizza was good though, but I think I'll see what other options Sudbury has for pizza next time Dietary restrictions: Lactose and vegan cheese options are available.
Ordered 2 large specialty pizzas and 2 orders of toppers sticks at a huge price tag through Skip the Dishes. Order arrived and we got 2 medium pepperoni pizzas and one order of sticks. I called Toppers and they said there was nothing they could or would do since we were not Toppers customers. I said that I’m looking at Toppers Pizza boxes and was holding a receipt from Toppers Pizza in my hand so how was I not a Toppers customer?? Toppers clearly managed to charge me for the right pizzas and take my money but to them I’m not a customer worth holding onto and said go deal with Skip. As a customer for over 20 years I will never buy pizza from there or any location again and I’ll certainly share my feelings with friends and family.
Chose this place based on its super close location to the hotel I was at. The previous reviews were not great but thought I’d give it a shot. I ordered a large Canadian. It was ready pretty fast, the order was correct, and I thought the customer service was good. The pizza unfortunately was just average. I found the crust very tough/chewy and not that fresh. Topping quality and amount also was fairly average. The price point was okay $15.80 with tax but other places are more competitively priced. Also, you can’t track the progress of your pizza like other places Pizza Hut, dominos so you have to just estimate the time and arrive. Overall, not bad, but not great. I’ll likely try a different place next time.
Delivery was wonderful…pizza was almost raw and doughy….45$ down the drain…was raw when I ordered a pizza few months back..never again for this senior. Not wasting anymore money for dough…. JMJM I called Toppers..they did not honour your contract…Jim
pizza was raw in the center,and 3 big air bubbles in the dough,also waited for my pizza in the store while it was in the box on the counter for about 7minutes which i turn was cold when i got home... no more toppers for my family....
I am out of town read the reviews and said let me try it wow tast amazing fast service the front counter guy was friendly. Had proper amount of toppings and cheese . Bread was good taste and texture . Don't go to pizza pizza or other brand name buy here
Driver dose not give my toppers card in or something so Sunney calls me a liar. Will be looking for a new pizza place after over years.
We got delivery and the pizza was undercooked; the Ceasar salad had no dressing and was the size of a side salad, for $9! The boneless chicken wings were reconstituted meat and gross. I wouldn't waste any $$$ on this ever again.
We just drove 9 -1/2 hours and stopped in Sudbury for the night. Toppers Pizza was the only thing open this late so we ordered a 10 Toppers and we were excited for it to arrive so we could have a good meal, eat and rest up for the night and hit the road again in the morning.. It arrived quite quickly and we didn't really think anything of it other than "awesome our food has arrived"...We took one bite and spit it out and realized the pizza was raw, the pizza dough wasn't even cooked at all! We tried calling back to get a new pizza but by that time it was closed and we ended up throwing out the entire Pizza and had to eat a bag of chips from our hotel lobby machine. Myself working in the dining and hospitality industry for years, I feel like if you didn't have time to make your product properly then don't make it at all. I was appalled that you would send that quality to a customer full well knowing someone could get severely sick eating it and knowing the image you're setting for your customers! That alone I would never eat at this establishment again or recommend it! Good luck in the future but you for sure need to look at the quality, standards and pride of work in some of your current employees! Whether you're cooking in fine dining, flipping burgers or cooking good ol' fashion pizza..pride in your work is everything and it shows!
