Story

Our Head Pastry Chef, Ashley Joslin, received her degree in Pastry Arts from the highly esteemed Johnson & Wales University. Since her initial training, Ashley has earned numerous accolades for her work in pastry, including the Cleveland Magazine's prestigious Silver Spoon award. She has studied under multiple wedding cake experts and specializes in custom cake decorating.

My wife and I had our cake and cupcakes catered from Top Tier for our wedding.  We tried about half a dozen places before finding Top Tier, and were amazed at the quality and knew this was the place for us!  Many people wanted to know the baker so they could order cupcakes for their own parties in the future, and we were happy to share the information.  Because we allowed people to take leftovers, our only 'problem' is that we now barely have any cupcakes at home ourselves :P  They were such a hit everyone wanted to take some home!  

For any future events, we will go with Top Tier for sure.

My husband and I had our wedding cakes done by Top Tier Cakes. We had a 2-tier chocolate cake with chocolate icing and was just gorgeous and tasted well. Our 2nd cake of vanilla with whipped icing was also extremely tasty. Everything was beautiful and tasted wonderful. I will definitely use them again for any future specialty cake needs.

Very impressed with this place and the attention to detail in making our wedding cake. They let you try out whatever you want for your cake and tasted great!

Also, you get a fresh cake 1 year later for your anniversary! How awesome!

Ashley Joslin is beyond talented in her artistry. Her cakes are always moist and full of flavor. I highly recommend stopping in the shop and trying her vast array of cupcakes, tarts and other treats in the pastry case and see for yourself!

Amazing Bakery!!  Their creations are above and beyond any other bakery in the area that I have tasted.  Owners are amazing and make you feel like home.
