Good location at the basement of a shopping mall with lots of seating areas and other eateries nearby. The tapioca was the best part, soft and bouncy. It was more expensive than I was used to for a large bubble tea ~$9 and I wasn’t given an option for choosing sugar and ice level. There are some interesting options available such as a Yakut yogurt drink.
Their "cold fried" yogurt is really good! They pour liquid yogurt onto this cold metal plate and it freezes, then they break up the frozen pieces and put it into a cup. The texture is cool, it's a bit chewier than regular frozen yogurt, if that makes sense, lol. I got the mango one and it had mango pieces in it as well as raisins. They are located on the lower level of Spring Garden Place, in the food court. There was no signage that says Top Tea Mini when I was there, but their menu is up, so look for the place with "Cold Fried" Yogurt, lol.
