We hiked from Hogg’s Falls today & stopped in for a sandwich before turning around. The man making the subs took such obvious pride in his work & wanted to create the best experience for his customers! It was refreshing to see when people seem lack that some days! Grateful that our day included him… and his subs were good!!
Doesn't only sell food but they have a LCBO there too LCBO closes at 6pm on Sunday's
Really liked this place until the last year. Clearly suffering from staff shortages as everywhere it feels in decline. They know it....but seem stuck in a model. Staff there are great - the baker, cashiers, others are all kind. Suggestions: fix the driveway! It's horrible, like an off-road experience. Really!!!! Survey your customers for ideas. Put prices on everything. Consider oven baked crisp wings. People will always prefer them. Consider roasting your own beef, hams, turkeys for subs. Improve the coffee! Investment In a deep fryer, just for fries and a simple Poutine. Introduce hotdogs and sausages, and backbacon on a bun! Offer soup. Rebrand to a source and connection to local food and farmers. Never forget your local customers. Again, ask your customers. You might be missing opportunities. Change the name?
This is a great store with all you need in a crunch. Clean and great cider and wine supply. They have food and medicine ect also. Just turn north from Highway 4 onto 13 and they are a few miles up on the west side. Also close to beautiful Eugenia Lake area.
Top O' The Rock is, and has always been the best place to stop!! The first thing you'll notice is it smells amazing! A lot like there fresh bread! They always have an abundance of homemade baked goods. I always make sure to stop in if I'm anywhere near Eugenia!!
A nice little variety store in the little village of Eugenia. This store has a little bit of everything. Even a deli with fresh cooked food. Also they sell beer and liquor. Rent movies and sell frozen dinners etc etc. Come check out this little country charm.
Great palace to stop for ice cream in the summer. Good selection of prepared items, fresh bread and a few sweets. Some excellent local products, and a good general supply of groceries. Also has an LCBO outlet for any cottage needs.
Don't be understood that it's a kind of restaurant. It's a grocery store that has a small LCBO and a food corner without any table you can eat. Freshly baked pretzels that I asked is ignored and I got reheated ones that were not hot enough. Taste of chicken wings and drum sticks were a bit days old. Prices are quite expensive for qualities.
Great place to stop on your Motorcycle / ATV trip for a quick lunch. Sandwiches are excellent. Lots of parking and places to lounge while you eat. Scenery around the area is a must see.
Stopped in for a lunch break from fishing at Lake Eugenia. Small grocery store with LCBO/Beer store attached. Lots of fresh baked goodies. Ice cream and shakes too. We had subs for lunch and all the ingredients were really fresh.
