This is a wonderful small-town cafe! I'm working nearby temporarily, and have eaten here three times this week. The food is great, prices are reasonable, and the cook and waitress are both friendly people. I'll keep this in my memory bank as a great place to stop in southeast Washington. Two thumbs up!

We love Top Notch!! Wish we could enjoy their delicious food, great service, and fun inviting atmosphere!! We always feel right at home there! Wish we could go more often, but our crazy busywork schedule and their hours don't make it possible!! It just makes it more special when we can!
They claim to have the Worlds Best Burger. I'm apt to agree. And the fries and fry sauce is the best I ever had. It's worth a special trip!
