My friends and I went to Top Hat/Smokey’s. We were having a nice time until we went outside to smoke. The security guy told us to move away were he couldn’t see us. Then he proceeded to light a cigarette right by the entrance. Then he had his wife smoking beside him. She is not an employee of top hat. I asked him why he and his wife were allowed to smoke by the entrance. He said that he was only working for 4 hours. I asked him why couldn’t he take a break after two hours to smoke somewhere else like us. He had no response for me. I then went inside and asked for the manager. I asked her the same question. She brushed me off. I then asked her for the owner’s phone number and instead of giving me the phone number she asked the security to escort me out. The customer service was very disappointing. I was only wanting to know why the employees were allowed to smoke beside the entrance and we weren’t. Instead she called the security guard on me. They weren’t very nice servers. I was very disappointed on how they don’t care about their customers.
I've attended many times, solo, or with friends. But since your new hire wouldn't serve me after she read my I.D., and determining that being born on December 20th, 2002 makes me 17 and not 20; can't say il be going back there. Not sure where you picked her up from lmao.

Great bartender, but it was mostly dark when we got there. Good pool, fun darts and a good time had.
I loved playing video games and pool back in 2001 when I celebrated my 19th Birthday at Top Hat. It was always packed on weekends there, and for good reason. I haven't been there in 10-12 years, so hopefully things are kind of the same.
The service here is disturbingly horrible. Two times I caught my waitress tonight cutting my change short by $5-10, not including tip. When I addressed her she chalked it down to a simple, "oops, I forgot to give you your proper change." .... what? Twice you forgot, and both times didn't say anything until I addressed it? Bologna. The female bartenders tonight were unfriendly, made my two buddies and I feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. The petite redhead was especially unpleasant. While we understand and sympathize to the stressors of reopening, on behalf of my group and I who simply wanted to live life normally again tonight, we would appreciate that stress is not taken out on paying customers. We definitely will not be returning here, and will make sure to advise our friends to steer clear.
Honestly? Hands down one of the best bars in town! Always feel safe, with amazing staff and security. If you want a great place for a fun time, 100% my go to!
What a Terrrible experience. The meathead security clan was pathetic, no mask needed to dance with random people but full mask mode to play pool even know your playing with people you come with. Long long time customer that will now go out of his way to tell everybody what a joke this establishment is.
Great place to play pool with some buddies. Staff is always friendly to me and my friends. Music isn't always to my tastes but it still has a good atmosphere.
Bouncers have the best sense of humor, waitresses are friendly, the food is greasy goodness and never a dull moment. Will definitely go back:
