Top hat is one of the most unique bars in town and certainly has a lot of character. The staff is friendly, the drinks are good, and the price is right. The only negative is that they don't have food (with the exception of small bags of chips).

Hottest bar tender on a Thursday night anywhere in town! Staff is fun and friendly and very accommodating of large groups. Place has a long history in downtown and is always a good time.

Dive....too many drunks, which means the establishment needs to stop serving before they become responsible for more DUIs in Sioux Falls.
