The quality of the car wash is superb. But one of the staff, I suspect it might be the owner just came out and literally yelled at me because I didn’t push the mirrors in on my truck. I’ve been going to this car wash for the last four years but I️ have never, never had someone speak to me this way before. I️ have also never pushed my mirrors in before. There’s another car wash (Stouffville Auto Wash) less than three minutes away where I will go from this point forward. I will also tell my friends about the terrible experience that I had with this person. An incredibly bad customer service experience from an otherwise decent operation.

Love this car wash. The wax and the tire boss option do a great job--tires shine after. Water beads on the car for weeks after this wax.
