The taste of the food is similar to the ones in Iran, although I am not a big fan, but my partner loved it. So I give them that. they should work more on their service a glass of water, something like bread to snak on while the food gets preparedand warmth toward customers.Food: 5/5
The overall experience was disappointing. I drove all the way from downtown Montreal to have a pleasant evening with my friends based on the google reviews, but neither the food quality nor the owner's communication skills were satisfactory. Although the waitress tried her best to be welcoming and nice, the service was below average. Note to the owner: having a dine-in restaurant is not just cooking food and wrapping it up. It's all about communication and manners.
Best kebob so far in Montréal. I like kebobs fully cooked and tasty. Toosi has got the kabob of my taste unlike other persian restaurants which make thick not-fully-cooked or not-even-close-to-the-actual kebobs! The restaurant is just so far away :
We had a disappointing experience with this restaurant. We got there after busy hours around 4 for lunch and there where only 2 other customers at the time in the restaurant. Our waitress was accomodating and welcoming, but the service quality was not adequate. They forgot parts of our order drinks never arrived and we ended up cancelling them, empty glasses were provided with no water we had to order mini water bottles each, so I'm not sure what was the point of that, the menu was full of mistakes and typos and they had to explain the items in person which proved to be prone to mistakes and misunderstandings. Food quality was also medium at best. Each part of each skewer of kebab had a different level of saltiness mix them better maybe?, our serving of yogurt was so salty we had to return it and they tried to charge us twice for that. Food portion was so so. Overall I do not recommend them.
The overal quality of food is average. It is not worth the price. The worst part was the service and the communication. The waitress was trying to be helpful but we ended up doing her job. We asked for water and she only brought empty glasses. We asked for water again, she told us that we have to order bottle of water. Why glasses then? I don't recommend the place at all!
Good food, great soup. The new lady, “Samaneh” is welcoming and polite. She takes the orders with kindness and smiling face which is rare in some Iranian restaurant. I take out one star because the salon is a bit cold. I send lots of blessings to this nice place.
We had an awful experience at this place. We went there for lunch. Although the restaurant was pretty empty, they didn’t serve us well. We ordered drinks with our food, but they did not bring them, and we ended up cancelling them. Moreover, the food was overpriced and cold. We asked the waitress about the food, and she gave us the wrong information. It seemed she didn’t know about their menu. Also, the manager was so rude to customers.
