Great spot with a very wide range of options. Because it's up the hill, I decided to get delivery. I had the Volcano Roll, Chicken Teriyaki Hand Roll, Salmon Sake Sashimi, Shrimp Tempura, Miso Soup and Tuna Tataki. The miso soup was standard and relatively large which is always nice. The shrimp tempura was great both fresh and reheated in an air fryer. The flavour of the shrimp really came through the light and crunchy batter. The chicken in the hand roll was a bit dry, but the flavour was on point. The Volcano Roll, which has a deep fried batter shell, was topped with a volcano sized amount of sauce which surprisingly didn't downgrade the texture of the coating. Very tasty. The Tuna Tataki was so thin, so delicate, so delicious. Finally, their customer service was on point. While they forgot to include my Tuna Tataki with my order, they called me to tell me before the order arrived and they offered to have someone come down and deliver just that. They owned up to the mistake even before I knew there was one and they then fixed it. Great business. I look forward to going there to dine in one day and trying some more of their offerings.
This was our first time eating here. It certainly didn't disappoint. Highly recommend, was quick to be seated, friendly waitress, sushi boat was delish! You must check it out!!Food: 5/5
Some good things about this place, but honestly the quality and quantity just keeps not matching the price. Eaten here a few times and pretty put off by latest order after giving them a few chances. Tuna sashimi $7 for 3 pieces, and more expensive than salmon sashimi, but are honestly just pathetically tiny, comparison in photo to salmon sashimi piece Been eating sushi for decades and never seen such blatant corner cutting BS. And the avocado with the order was all yellow. Cringe. Good miso and salmon sashimi though, I guess
The food was fantastic! Tried sushi pizza for the first time and highly recommend it mmm... will definitely be going back again.

The owner is very friendly and this is one of the best Japanese Restaurant in town. I ordered sushi and tempura, they both taste great! I appreciate the idea that everyone have a small serving of salad and miso soup, this made me feel much warmer and appetizing for the main course.
Got take out here. Beef was tender, tampura ship and vegetables tasted good. sashimi and sushi also was good.
Generally good sushi and tempuras! The sashimi are very fresh, and the rolls are satisfactory. Their food quality and store sanitary as been improved a lot compare to visit from a year ago. A bit on the pricy side for the portion you get, but definitely worth trying.
The only sushi restaurant in town who deserved a 5 stars. That's the best sushi I've eat in Fredericton
Really great sushi and service, but if you a budget I wouldn’t recommend. $36.96 with tax and tip for plate in picture. Got better prices for similar quality elsewhere.
