Tommy Gun's Original Barbershop

Been turned away twice because they are too busy to fit me in for a cut and shave before they close. Had a three hr wait time once. Won't take appointments if you try to make one they get snarky about how they can't because of so many reasons... One of the hairdressers missed a bunch of hairs in a simple clipper side trim job, and needed to get another hairdresser to do a braid... They're not so good that I'm going to waste hrs of my life waiting for a chance to give them my money. I gave them a few tries because the first 2 times I went I was very happy with the service both at the counter and in the chair. Really liked the place when they first opened but now they seem to think they're so good they can ignore any concept of customer service.

Girls are profeaaional and they know how do do a proper seccior cut .. better than any other place in Lloydminster.

Tommy Gunns is my favourite place. I've never been a loyal customer when it come to a haircut. Now that I've found Julia and my Zero Fade cut. I'm loyal. Julia is an asset to the Lloydminster store. Friendly, talented and a dog lover just like me. You Rock Julia

Worst Tommy Guns I have ever taken my boys to. The last two times we have been there our wait was supposed to be 20 minutes. Ended up being over an hour and twenty minutes. First time we had to leave before getting in, second time people that were after my son went in with no explanation. Lady at counter said, "your son is next"! We waited another 10-15 minutes! I will not be going back! Giving Tommy Guns a bad name!! Nevermind, the gentleman that went ahead of my son was not even on the wait list 😡
