Ordered a bacon cheeseburger plain, medium drink and subbed curds for fries. My fault for.not looking at prices. Never been but son wanted to try so I stopped thru. Was 17 and change. I thought they made a mistake when they handed me a bag so small I found it odd I paid over 17. Nope, that's the price. I don't care how good the food is fast food for one person shouldn't be that much.
Use to LOVE toms, now will not return, burger had so much Grease I couldn't even eat it, then it fell apart and bun went to nothing. Literally had two napkins and the burger wrapper with a puddle of Grease standing in it. How do you expect anyone to eat that let alone enjoy ir. Will go to jds for burgers from now on.
The employee was quite patient with me as I struggled through my order. I really appreciated that. They are always pleasantFood: 4/5
Love this place. Really wish our last cashier knew a lil more about her job... She couldn't answer any of our questions. Maybe she was new. Other than that everything was great.Food: 5/5
This was the worst food experience. The food was all 100% cold at 1:00pm, and it tasted like awful, and not just because it was cold. Could get the same quality food from a run down gas station that has that one lonely pizza slice on rotate for last 3 days, at least that's warm. The cheese curds out of all the curds that exist were somehow light years the worst I've had. I'm mind blown people eat the food but also this place somehow has 4.5 stars makes me lose near all faith for mankind seeing as how most people have the taste buds of dogs apparently... all those years of being told "go to Tom's" .. insanity.
It's fast food. The burgers are middle lvl quality. The cheese curds must have been changed at some point because they are just bad now. Not fresh or good. Just bland and tasteless. Service is always great tho.

TOM'S IS THE PLACE! This American classic has some great food for some really great prices! You gotta try the cheese curds!!! I really enjoyed my visit and can't wait to return someday! The staff was also super friendly, similar to visiting a diner! Overall Rating: 10/10
