I had a very positive experience at this location. A BIG thank you to Lucas, Patrick and Dave who helped me figure out the value of some old guitars that I wanted to resell. They were kind and helpful even though I wasn't looking to buy anything from their store. Much appreciated, gentlemen!
This review is for the North Vancouver location. I always find them helpful, I also just purchased a guitar that was in stock at their richmond location and they had it transferred to the North van location which was very accommodating. It arrived quickly and the price was about $160 cheaper than everywhere else.
Excellent experience with them for tuning our piano. The lady Natalie came and spent 3 hours from 9:30 am to 12:30 to tune our piano. She was so nice and expert. Highly recommended for tuning your piano.
Went into the North Vancouver location to get back into playing guitar. Tyson there was super friendly and helpful and got me the right kit to get started all at a reasonable price, very happy with my purchase. Tome Lee is my first choice for music stores and I will most definitely be back for accessories and so on, Thanks guys!
Natalie came to my home for tuning our piano. She did great job.
They let me play a petrof. 6'7 brand new and it was lovely in tune played beautifully look beautiful what a wonderful instrument thank you very much Steven who was on duty at the time for letting me play a little extra thank you very much
