We had been with State Farm more than 25 years and had no problem dealing with in the past. However it became Desjardins and we made a claim for roof damage due to recent storm. We were very disappointed and treated very bad. We felt that we were begging for the claim and very bad customer service treated us very bad.
I have been a client of theirs for year. Now my insurance is almost twice as much as any other quote. I am not happy since they became Desjardins
They are very professional, courteous and customer focused. Whenever I had any questions or needed support, they were there to help me. Michelle and Beth are awesome.
