To Whom It May Concern, I am a very, very small (like itsy-bitsy tiny) business owner. I just launched the company, so its income is quite meager. I do not have healthcare coverage, so I must act very carefully, and be mindful of what I eat, and thoughtful about exercise, since much of the work is physically demanding. There's also a lot of rejection involved in starting a business, and this can make one feel stressed out and kinda' blue, somedays, wondering if there will be enough to pay the bills, or even to eat, healthfully. I didn't know what to expect from Lucas County by asking for help with these stresses. I was very pleasantly surprised by Erica in reception to Shelby and Velda in the clinic, and, of course, Gayle with Medicaid. There were a couple of challenges regarding "triage", and some doors perhaps need some signage that reads "in session" (Oh boy, some folks get their knickers in a bunch at the mere sound of a knock on a door or an "excuse me, sorry to interrupt..."). What can I say? This was all very new to me. I will say this...I am somewhat familiar with how tough it can be to serve the general public, what with all the wide-ranging particularities and how hypersensitive any of us can be when faced with troublesome health issues, so I couldn't help but notice how effective your teams are in serving its customers/clients/patients. The overwhelming super-majority of recipients of your care that I witnessed today, seemed highly satisfied, myself included. Thank you.

I been calling all the departments since 10 o'clock A.m . & they never once answered the phone . & this is the only health department in the city & I'm not understanding why y'all not answering the phone tf

i'm very thankful to do some of my blood work here and was thankful by my health insurance to cover it. 5 stars for this place!

Good people,kind Friendly caring doctors,staf,my son n My grandson got n gets shots and dental work here they like it so do I , just some times takes a long time for wanting,shots mainly, but it's a Bessy place with a whole lot of people,

My kids have been getting dental care here for several years the hygienist is very good with all ages of kids. The treatment was first class the staff is very well trained.
