We used Tom when we bought a house that was for sale by owner. Neither party was using a realtor, and we were planning to rent the residence back to the sellers for a period of time. Tom put together our purchase agreement and a lease for the property. He was always prompt when responding to our questions, and was quick to make changes to the documents when they were needed. Tom was very knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone.
