Great place, I enjoyed it quite a bit. I sat at the sushi bar, it was a good time and I enjoyed the sushi and edamame I had gotten along with. The staff were great and helpful, the chef was also great with the sushi. Let's just say, I ate a lot of sushi, more than I normally do. I would like to go back to try some of the non-sushi items, they look good as well.
Staff was very friendly, I loved the salad dressing. The scorpion roll was great along with everything else we ordered. I highly recommend the fried cheese cake for dessert.
There was barely any lobster and scallops with my order. Online it was advertised that it came with a soup and salad and I didn’t receive them. The service wasn’t that great when I picked up my order. Too overpriced for terrible service and falsely advertised menu.
Takeout sushi is always scary because of the potential mess… this place rocks it every time. My to go order is always packaged to perfection. The young man that took my order was also great, he read my order back to me and it was ready within the time frame he gave me. Thank you for the great service!
Hibachi great. Sushi fancy lookin tastes very authentic. The special rolls r nice. Big glasses of ice water that don’t need no refilling every 3 minutes. Ichiban!Food: 5/5
The Hibachi grill was really fun and the food was great!! The cook was very entertaining and made a point to get those around the grill involved in the show of food prep. Budget $40-$60 for 2 people without drinks. When eating at a normal table the menu is difficult to read due to the font color and size they used along with the lamination of them. We had to hold the menu's at the right angle so that the glare from the lights wasn't over-top what we were trying to look at. The dumpling soup was very good with lots of vegetables in it and was nice and hot. The tempura on the Golden Seattle Roll was under-cooked and doughy. I ordered both that and Gentlemen of the Roll, but the waitress put in the wrong order and brought me a Columbia River Roll. Other than those couple of things the waiting staff was very pleasant and attentive. I don't know if I will go back there again for sushi but the hibachi grill is worth it and that's why I gave 4 out of 5 stars.
After waiting many months for this restaurant to open, I now see why it took so long to get the restaurant ready. They did a beautiful job on an extensive remodel. We sat at one of the hibachi tables for lunch, and the chef cooked our hibachi meal in front of us. He was very professional and entertaining. We had the steak and shrimp hibachi lunch, substituting fried rice for white rice. It was some of the best fried rice I've had. The shrimp was excellent, but the steak was just ok - cooked medium but a little tough. The vegetables were delicious. I would recommend this restaurant!
Great experience! The cook was super friendly and personable and made sure that everyone had a great time and enjoyed their food. All of the food was very well cooked and arrived hot! I especially enjoyed the scallops and steak. The sake was also great!! Make sure you make reservations and arrive hungry!
First time eating sushi was a month ago and it was pretty amazing and this place plays the best music lofi ever I can sit in there for hours getting fat and listening to good tunes
Did the hibachi food was amazing the "show" wasn't what it normally is. First time for hubby and he really like it! We will definitely go back. Had the sunshine sushi roll.. fantastic!
