Today, I received great service from Orillia Transit. This afternoon, I accidentally left my bag on the bus. When I went to the office to retrieve it, the madam over there helped me get it back as quickly as possible. Thanks to her kind assistance, I was able to reach my workplace on time.

Horrible bus drivers they think they own the road they've almost ran me into the ditch in the rude and ignorant and very unprofessional!

Worst transit company ever. Half the drivers think they are in a race and routinely speed and they change the bus routes on a whim leaving customers stranded and walking. Waste of my monthly bus pass money.
