I struggled to be able to take a day off for the job estimate, i had to stay late all week to compensate. When the day came no one showed up, no phone call, nothing. My time is not valuable? Its ok to be treated like that? Just a reminder, your customers are the one that makes your company running. Not showing up, losing clients will eventually get you out of business. You lost a good client and I'm sure I'm not the first.
I asked for someone to come take a look at our skylights because we had a small leak. A week and 2 calls later, I'm still waiting for them to contact me for an appointment or even to tell me they are too busy. Edit: After another call, I finally got in contact with them. It's a shame my first impression was so bad because their experts were really helpful and tried their best to help me in a very good time frame. Persevere if you cannot reach them, they are good at what they are doing.
0 stars is what they deserve. Booked an appointment 24 hours before, no one shows up, no phone call to cancel. Called the company only to get transferred twice and told someone will call me back. If this is how you do business, I would stay away
