The flies!! The dirty room, not cleaned or clean at all. Smelled horrible. The bathroom was disgusting, the shower curtain , floor ewwwnThe towels were cheap and smelled like mildew or moldy. Felt like I was sleeping in someone's else body odor. Smelt like wet dog and mold.nThe bed itself was not washed or replaced with clean sheets or anything.nI felt my family was going to get sick by staying there. That's how bad and disgusting the stay was. 0 'snRan by a Oriental guy, didn't care at all about his business or customer service. Needs new management or owners. Or needs to be shut or torn down.nI know they have construction workers but damn. Loud and constant noise.nDidn't feel safe at all.nWill not stay there again. Would not recommend it to anyone. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
Was staying in Nipawin for a hockey tournament, I called the motel twice before going because the booking I made felt sketchy right from the first time. Both times I called the owner did not care about my name, my phone number or take a credit card. When I got to the motel, sure enough he did not have any more rooms available. He laughed at me and my two kids and said “no rooms left, first come, first served”. So late at night in a small town, on a busy weekend, we were in search of a place to stay last minute!!! This owner is extremely unprofessional! Do not give him your business!!!!
It was a nice stay at a fair price, it was much cheaper than the motel in carrot river, cheaper enough I fact that it was well worth the daily commute for the week to carrot river where I was working. The rooms were clean and bedbug free, my only real gripe with the place however was they were pretty lazy with restocking the rooms supplies, they only restocked the cups twice in the 2 weeks I was staying there despite the fact that I would use all three cups each day I was sharing the room with a coworker they also never once refilled the soap shampoo or conditioner even tho they were very low when we got the room and I quickly ran out if conditioner and had to go buy my own. If they fix those two issues by my next stay I will rate 5 stars. Please give a like if you found this review helpful
Owner is rude especially towards service dogs. Dismisses women as if they are second class citzens. I confronted him with the Saskatchewan Human Rights Act regarding Service Dogs and then was going to move us to another room in back.
Checked out the rooms down the street, lots of crack heads. This place is crack head free! However the man's eyes rolled back into his head and turned into dollar signs when we mentioned 7 people in 2 rooms. Kept trying to up sell us and then charged $10 a person plus the base rate. Rooms had a mini fridge and microwave. Rooms were nice and clean. The free breakfast was just toast and coffee.
