Was hassled by some bullies outside cause I'm not from Nipissing First Nations...
The worst customer service I have experienced… the owner is very rude !!! I asked a question about where an item was located in his store and he told me he’s not here to locate items.. he’s just there to sell them!!! I wish him luck trying to Keep his business going ‍‍
Terrible customer service and extremely rude to customers. Purchased something that didn’t work and when I went back in to exchange I was told to bad he doesn’t care and I’m not getting a new one whether it works or not. I then asked what kind of customer service that was to be told NONE!! Then when I told him he lost my business he very rudely said I don’t care. I suggest you go the the smoke shop beside this one they are very friendly and have better prices!
Very pleasant Lady greeted me with a smile at the Drive Thru window because of virus. Her joyful and pleasant customer service made my day much brighter. They say a smile is contagious. I was there Friday the 27th around 7:40 am.
Don't touch the cat. Didn't see the sign. Wanted CBD to help my grandfather's chemo treatments. Great selection, but the owner will be very mean if you don't see that sign and try to pet the adorable cat.
