Have never been a fan of this clinic and have used them for at least ten years. They haven't don't anything to change my opinion in all those years and have only made it extremely worse. You're lucky if they answer the phone within the first five times of calling, and you're extremely lucky to get an appointment within a month even if it is an emergency. I've gotten very tired of dealing with the bad attitudes and customer service over the years. My latest issue is that when I was moving to a different clinic they claimed that it's illegal for them to give the pets health record to the owners and clients, which is a lie. Paid their expensive fee for my pets files to be sent to me, they claimed that to be illegal, and sent it to my new clinic instead, it took them three days and a phone call from my new clinic because they didn't get them yet for them to send the record. It's not illegal to have your pets health records, however it is illegal for the clinic to refuse to give them to you. Have been wanting to leave this awful experience of a clinic for years and have finally gotten the courage to. The gas, time, how shady they are, how often they lie, and awful services and experiences aren't worth the cheapness anymore. Would definitely not recemend this clinic and will make my opinion clear when asked about them.

The left hand doesn't know what the right hand's doing in this office. Awful experience trying to get my dogs records from them. At one point, we were laughed at. One day someone called us and said they couldn't figure out which dog she was despite having the id no. on the tag from their office an hour after another woman from the office spoke with the old owners to have them fill out paperwork to have the dog transferred to us. We gave up after 2+ months and had to start fresh with vaccines, allergy information, etc.

When my pup (7 year old) needed dental work, I was looking for a few opinions and to try and save money.. First, it was a pain to get a consult setup and 2 weeks wait, they wanted to pull teeth and said wouldn't consider repair (even before xray), the place was disgustingly dirty, took them 3 weeks to get my dental estimate, just the estimate! The estimate then was more than the Regina vets, so gone was the trying to save money. They said he will be put on a waitlist and could be anywhere from a month to 6 months. Then almost 5 months later, I get and email saying he is booked for 6 weeks from now. They also wanted him overnight for a dental clean..... Not only that, he needed the blood-work done 1-2 weeks before surgery, so another trip to Lumsden, when all other vets did it just prior. Needless to say, my dogs comfort and health is important and can't wait when in pain, so he went to his normal vet who had his cleaning done within a week of me calling back. They even moved there own pet out of a booking as they wanted the best for my dog. Oh, and all teeth were cleaned and saved, when TMZ immediately wanted to pull tones of teeth and wouldn't discuss further. Thanks for showing me the grass isn't greener on the other side.

The prices are good. The vets are nice. Everything else sucks. RECEPTIONIST ARE HORRIBLE!! Front end service and dealing with them is ridiculous. But once your in it is alright. The receptionist told me to wait for a form... I waited 30mins and finally asked them about it. They said I didn't need anything!! Waste of time. Now I have left a message to call me back, they haven't. They don't anwser their phones, I've called multiple times this evening.

I've always taken all my animals here. It's out of the way but we'll worth the drive. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly.
