My doctor recommended I switch to a different pharmacy due to so many mix ups at my old one, and I’m very glad I chose here. Everyone is so nice and understanding, and they are quick and accurate.
After spending many years going to shoppers because it is closer but always feeling like just another number or an inconvenience I went to this pharmacy today and they actually treated me like a human because the pharmacist was very nice and informative and the assistance were also very nice and patient. I think we need more businesses that treat us like humans instead of just a number. Thank you TLC Pharmacy and keep up the great work
The staff at this Pharmacy, have always been friendly, and very helpful. They always make sure understand your medications, and go the extra mile to make sure your taken care of. We particularly like the personalized service we receive rather than being treated like a number at the larger pharmacies. We feel that they really care about us.
Good service as usual! Been going here since I was a kid. Anytime I needed to pickup medication my mom and I would come here. That was over a decade ago. Now I’m an adult getting medication at the same place. My family and I have never had a bad experience going here for medication. They’ll go above and beyond with service and show genuine concern and compassion with patients. They’ll explain directions and everything you need to know regarding your script clearly without being condescending. 5/5 service as usual.
I switched from a big name pharmacy to my local TLC I.D.A Pharmacy and I've never been happier. I love it when I can walk in the door and everybody knows my name. I never have to sit and wait for long periods of time to get a prescription. They always acknowledge me when I come in. I feel like family. Beside presciptions, they also carry a good selection of other products and services. They offer free delivery too but, I like to go in. Also this pharmacy is right next to my doctor's office so it is quite convenient. You can't beat the staff at my local pharmacy either. They're great!
Everyone at the pharmacy is super nice and helpful! They always go above and beyond for their customers and clearly answer any questions you may have. As well, they are quick in getting back to you and refilling meds. Overall, I’ve had an amazing experience here!
Always a great experience everyone there is very friendly and personable. I’ve been going there for 30 year and they greet me like I’m a close friend. They always answer all my questions and keep me informed of all my prescriptions. I highly recommend using TLC

Always quick every time I need care. Thought I would try another walk in earlier and waited over 2 hours before leaving. Come to IDA and have a room in less than 10 mins. When it seems like our healthcare in Canada is going down the toilet it’s nice to know there’s still places like this that don’t make you wait in a walk in for hours as if it were emerge at the hospital to maybe receive some care. Thank you to the team at TLC IDA keep fighting the good fight.
Amazing staff. They Pharmacist goes above and beyond to insure you have no medication that would react to each other. You know what your taking. The staff and Pharmacist really, care in a genuine Manor. I will go nowhere else for my medication’s.
