Aging place. Although this place is kept clean is showing its age. Every other machine is broken or not working properly. One of my units didn't spin and clothes came out dripping with water. The attendance told me to start it again and i would get "free wash". It's not really free if i just wasted an hour on a dud machine.
Clean, friendly staff if they r there but like all the laundromats in Trenton they close way too early every day 7 or 730
Very clean, lots if baskets for your clothes. My only issue is, this was my second time there and my second time putting money into a machine that did not work.
Horrible hours for service, for people who work during the week how are you supposed to do laundry when it closes at 6pm? 2min late to pick up laundry and now apparently they don't open until 1pm the next day and have no way to contact the owners. Also extremely over priced compared to other laundromats I've used in the past. Will not be using again
This place is getting bad some washers don't work. Alot of the dryer are not working I like to know when they are going to get fixed put over 2 doller in the dryer just to fiend out there is no heat
It's clean and the lady who overseas the premises is friendly and helpful.
I have no idea whathas happened to the way this are ran BUT at least 6 months things have changed. No attendant on site, no change in the change machine, broken machines. You call the number and get told I can't come now? Please do not use COVID as an excuse! Bottom line, you need to have a body here at all times.
Washers took my money and washed with no water. Visit went well
This laundromat has friendly staff, who keep the place clean, and well maintained. The machines are generally kept in good repair, and there are plenty of them. The free WiFi is also nice. I use their service frequently.
I've never had to do my laundry in a public place before but since I'm at my cottage I found this place. I would recommend more signage of what row contains what type of washer or dryer. The wifi password should be displayed as well. I had to ask the woman working there to assist me with all those things. I felt it was unfair to the woman working that all my questions had to be directed to her because she was the only one there. She does a lot! I believe she deserves a raise for going out of her way to help make the company look good. If I have to do laundry in public I would take it here, but really it's because of that particular employee.
